Why did my PC Slow Down so much???

Today I installed a 120GB Kingston HyperX SSD I got from some Black Friday deal for a really good price. Ever since I got a BSOD from my first time OC'ing, my boot times have been taking forever. I used to have my 60GB Vertex 2 as my boot drive, but after seeing the HyperX for a good price, I bought it thinking it might clear up the issue. But every other thing is quick when loading. How do fix the really slooooooow boot times?

System:
i5-2500k @ 4.4ghz
Gigabyte GA-P67A-UD4-B3
8GB Corsair Vengeance
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

p.s.
when I did my first OC, I might have accidentally made the System Agent a bit too high, could that be an issue?

More about slow much
  1. Reset your BIOS to defaults. Start from there.
  2. Should I put it back to IDE mode too?
  3. Bump
  4. Do not bump your threads. Please read the FAQ for the forum.
  5. Leave the system BIOS in ACHI mode.
  6. I'll try what you said to do.

Thanks, I did not know to not bump threads, should have read the FAQ.
