Frequency higher than set in BIOS

Im pretty noob at overclocking, i set my ram frequency to 667 in my BIOS, but in CPUZ its showing me 736.

Where did i go wrong and is this going to hurt anything?

Yeah i increased my reference clock, but the way the ram frequency setting was described in my bios sounded like it would ignore other increases. Something like "apply this speed regardless of xxx"

Its been running fine for days during testing and gaming. No harm done.
