Frequency higher than set in BIOS

Im pretty noob at overclocking, i set my ram frequency to 667 in my BIOS, but in CPUZ its showing me 736.

Where did i go wrong and is this going to hurt anything?

More about frequency higher bios
  1. No one? I thought this would be an easy answer
  2. It's hard to answer a question when you provide no details. List your hardware.
  3. assuming .. your BLCK / FSB higher from default

Yeah i increased my reference clock, but the way the ram frequency setting was described in my bios sounded like it would ignore other increases. Something like "apply this speed regardless of xxx"

Its been running fine for days during testing and gaming. No harm done.
