Probably neither.

Set your sights on the Logitech G25 or G27, they are way better, and have profiles for most recent games like NFS Series, GRID, etc.

i am from russia. here MOMO or ThrustMaster RGT Pro is ~$120. G25 is $400

Oh, sorry. I was under the impression that "Price doesn't matter".

The MOMO looks better, in my opinion. I've read good reviews as well. The Thrustmaster has metal pedals, though. They look sturdier.
