Upgrade of computer (350 $)

I need to buy new MBO , CPU and GPU... I am from Croatia, I have already ordered Corsair CX400 for 50$ so there is 350$ left. I thought that the best is to take:

CPU - AMD Phenom II X2 545
MBO - Asrock a770de+
GPU - ATI Radeon HD 4770

Is there anything better? Maybe GPU can be HD 4850 but then I think I cannot have CrossFire next year (PSU)...
It is important that the GPU is not so loud and that it is cool...

If I can I would like to overclock this CPU (I have Sonic Tower with 2 120mm vents) and to unlock new cores (if they are not faulty).

The 400W PSU is enough for the build, but you're stressing the psu whose life may be shortened and efficiency be lowered. In turn, you're paying more for electricity.

And BTW: about Corsair CX - it is Seasonic 430 W model... but with corsair case and cabels
And my friend has it + HD 4850 and it works perfectly

Total - cca 1600 kn...
I have more than it is needed
