My acer aspire 4735 is having issues with loading windows 7

my acer aspire 4735 is having issues with loading windows 7 it even boots and suddenly a message on the screen i.e. setup was unable to create anew system partition or locate an existing system partion. See setup log files for more information. what does it mean.

Just to clarify, are you trying to install new Windows 7 or you already have Windows 7 and you are having issues after booting.
