PC running on Solar panel

Need a pc which is using as litle energy as possible. I'm only going to use it transfer data for a weather station. Anyone know if there are an motherboard using Atom 450 ( an if possible 12V input)?

You can get a 12volt to 110 converter and run you laptop off that.
