Can't recognize new drive

Hello,
Trying to format and transfer system image to new drive using windows7 repair disk. The disk shows in the list to block and in the 'list disk' in diskpart command, but get message 'no disk that can be used is found'

I fyou go into disk management you should be able to see all the disks in the computer. You want to make sure that they all say the same thing , that they have a healthy partition.
