Single Beep in POST

Ok, I've tried looking this up but I've gotten answers from "don't worry about it" to "get a new motherboard".

It either just started recently (sometime this morning) or I just haven't noticed it, but on startup my motherboard speaker emits a single beep when POSTing. What does that mean, and what should I do? Detailed, specific, non-vague answers greatly appreciated.

A single beep during Posting usually mean everything is Okay.

Your computer is booting normally, isn't it?
