My Printer shows a Printer error 1203 to rectify which it recommends unplugging the Printer, removing and resetting the cartridges which I had done to no avail. It also suggests unsupported cartridges are being used which is a nonsense as they were purchased from Dell. Can anyone help please

Thank you. I've done this and not found it very helpful. Using theWindows Remove Programmes facility, I've removed the Printer Programme but when I insert the disc to reinstall it, I found not the install facility on the disc but the uninstall. It appears the Programme has not been fully uninstalled and the disc does not complete the task. Can you advise me please?
