Will this video card (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127445&Tpk=msi%20gts%20250) fit into my motherboard (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128042&cm_re=GIGABYTE_GA-965P-DS3-_-13-128-042-_-Product). There's a heatsink? (correct me if im wrong) right under the pci slot and gts takes 2 slot.

I see what your concern is. When the card is seated the edge of the card still sticks out from the PCI-E slot a little bit and it will give you some clearance. Those cards have to stay within a certain spec and size, you will be fine.

On the COMPLETE off chance there is an issue, Newegg is VERY good about returning items. I always call and they give me free shipping. But you will be fine.

would the video card bottleneck the system or vice versa. current spec : e4300 2.8ghz ocd, 2gb ddr 8000 memory 5-5-5-15 and 550 rosewill psu

Na, you are fine. Those e4xxx chips overclock pretty well.

do you recommand any other gpu that around 150ish dollar and perform better then the gts 250 listed above and would work with my system
