I want a new video card for my Mobo that supports DX10. I have been out of the loop of computer hardware since I built my computer many years ago

Right now I have:
Asus A8n-SLI mobo
AMD 4400+ X2
BFG 7600gt GPU
2gb ram

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The GTX460 1gb that just came out at $220 is by far the best bang for buck out there.
I'd reccomend that...

I say go with a 4850

GIGABYTE GV-R485ZL-512H Radeon HD 4850 512MB $89.99

or

SAPPHIRE Vapor-X 100273L Radeon HD 4850 1GB $94.99

Assuming you have a capable enough PSU. If you have a weak PSU though, then go with a Radeon 5670. Spending more money than that doesn't really make sense since you would generally be held back by your old CPU.

I have a 450 watt PSU, would that be enough for the 4850?

Yeah, as long as it's decent and has enough amps on the 12v rail. Something with at least dual 14A 12V rails or a single 20A 12V rail should be enough. If it's less than then you may need to go with the 5670 or get a better PSU
