Looking for a Motherboard

Hi,

I'm currently building a budget gaming computer with AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor and EVGA 768-P3-1362-TR GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) Superclocked 768MB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card, and I'm not sure which motherboard to buy thats compatible. Does anyone have any recommendatioins?

I would spend somewhere between $110-140 on a quality mobo.

Absolutely,you can put x6 core on most if not all of them if you want.
