Is this a decent budget gaming build?

I'm brand new to computer building, and would like opinions on the tentative build I've put together. I want to build a budget gaming computer, for as close to $600 as possible:

AMD Athlon II X2 250 Regor 3.0GHz $67.00

GIGABYTE GA-MA790GPT-UD3H AM3 AMD 790GX HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard $99.99

OCZ ModXStream Pro OCZ600MXSP 600W Modular Power supply $49.99

AZZA Helios 910 Computer Case $49.99

Crucial 4GB (2x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10600) Dual Channel $83.99

Western Digital Caviar Blue WD3200AAJS 320GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s HDD $47.99

PNY VCGGTS2501XPB GeForce GTS 250 1GB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express Video Card $137.55

LITE-ON 4x Blu-ray Disc SATA Internal Optical Drive iHOS104 $75.00

Windows 7 home premium $104.99

Total: $716.55

I can reuse a blu-ray from my Dell (which I'll keep for other work like word docs, browsing, etc). That'll bring the price down to $640ish.

Thanks in advance for any comments/suggestions!

"final cost, 698.93, and it is pretty considerably better than your build, but no offense"

None taken :) And thanks! Also, for clarity's sake for other replies, I don't need a monitor or mouse/keyboard. Monitor resolution is 1920x1200.

Caviar Blue is a "cool & quiet" data storage drive, not a high performance boot drive.
Samsung F3 and Seagate 7200.12 are newer faster HDD designs.

For around the same price as that GTS 250 you could get an ATI 5750 which is about the same performance but has DX11 for future games. For $35t more you can go up to the 5770 which is around 50% faster than either of those two graphics cards.
