Yeah that's why it's so important to take note of the measurements before you buy either heatsink or ram modules.

If you're looking for a fix I can only think to recomend either
1. Replace the RAM with low profile ram modules.
2. research to see if your RAM modules even need those heatsinks and if your comfortable enough you can remove them/replace them.
3. replace the cpu heatsink with one that will fit.
4. rotate the cpu heatsink if and only it permits the ram modules to fit.

I have the TPC 812 and no way will the High Profile ram fit. At least not for the 1st 2 slots closest to the cooler; for me the fan was even pretty close to the 3rd slot. Get the Low Profile version of the Corsair and you will be fine. I used 4x4gb of these Gskills (got it on a shell shocker deal for $45 a pair):

There is no benefit to high profile ram, as ram really does not even get hot. They really should just stop making it.
