Replacement for Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3L

Hi All,

I need a recommendation to replace my Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3L. Within reason price is not an issue but I don't want to replace my CPU/RAM/Video. Replacement could be Gigabyte or other; I'm open.

I've had the GA-EP45-DS3L for 18 months. Seems to be frying my hard drives - 2 died a month ago (boot and backup!); salvaged the backup and rebuilt the image on a new drive. Now I'm getting errors on the new drive and new backup. (Repeated system crashes, restored my BIOS settings, reboot, drives don't show in the BIOS - identical behavior to last time) I don't even want to try and salvage them using this mb.

Thanks for any recommendations.

Are you sure it is your motherboard although Seasonic is a good PSU brand your PSU at 380 watt and 27 amps on the +12 volt rail is a little low for your setup.

Thanks - and my mistake - I had replaced that original PSU with a Liberty Enermax 620 watt about 12 months ago
