How to i get back to my old bois

I mis understood the whole bois thing and updated my bois thru asus website now my 6g sata plugs wont work or my 3.0 usb also had to call microsoft to reactivate my windows7

Re-flash to the original file you saved before the last flash - or if you forgot to that, visit asus's website, find your motherboard model (exactly match the letters and numbers), download the BIOS (from the support tab) you had before, save it to the floppy or USB drive, and use that file to re-flash your BIOS.
