Hello. I am looking to overclock my Core i7 3930K. But I want to do it properly so it will pass intel burn test without problems. I will lay out the exact specs of my PC. If there are any changes I need to make in bios besides multiplier and voltage, please let me know.

My Specs:
ASRock Extreme 6/GB Motherboard
Intel Core i7 3930K
Noctua NH-D14 Cooler
32GB DDR3-1600MHz G-Skill Ripjaws quad channel
Crucial M4 128GB SSD
Inwin Dragonrider case

Whats the highest I can clock with my hardware. I want to be able to reach 5+ if I can. Any ideas? If so, what are all the settings I need to change, from all the different voltages to all the CPU fan speeds. I think I need to change more than just VCore and multiplier. Does anyone know percisely what settings I will need to reach 5GHz?

I understand that every chip is different. Im curious to know what needs to be set for my specific chip. Im wondering what people know about my chip and the settings that need to be changed
