Need help chooseing RAM for my Computer?

Need some tips on which pair of ram will work the best and give me the least trouble. Budget is $100-130

This is all the information i have for my motherboard on the RAM...

Going into a system with an i7 860, SSD drive, and HD 5850....if that helps at all.
