Need help chooseing RAM for my Computer?

Need some tips on which pair of ram will work the best and give me the least trouble. Budget is $100-130

This is all the information i have for my motherboard on the RAM...
Number of Memory Slots 4×240pin
Memory Standard DDR3 2133(OC), 2000(OC), 1800(OC), 1600(OC), 1333, 1066
Maximum Memory Supported 16GB

Going into a system with an i7 860, SSD drive, and HD 5850....if that helps at all.

The 7 1600 has faster CAS and should be best for gaming.
