I am ocing my i5 2500k and need a $75-80 cpu cooler

I am going to oc my i5 2500k to various speeds in the next year(3.6,4.0 then 4.5 ghz) and will get 30 dollars in rebates from newegg and am willing to spend 75-80 dollars if it will improve performance I want water because of looks and noise h60??? h80 I know nothing about coolers and need advice if there is a sweet one that is less than 75 then the less the better thank you!

Prebuilt water cooling (such as the H60 or H80) are an absolute waste of time, and a H80 probably won't be any quieter

yep, according to hardware secrets a i5 2500k @4.5GHz will have about a 50C delta temp (difference from ambient if you dont know )

I don't think so. The V3 has a height limit of less than 160mm. My V4 won't fit it and it is wider than the V3. If I were you this cooler is the best.

yes but the average chip will need 70-100 more voltage. also why limit yourself right off the bat.
