geforce 9500gt info said not use four pin connection also not to use adaptor. how would you connect 9500gt\ 400watt

that card is going to use so little power, you can use what ever cables fit into it...

What do you mean by 4 pin connector? There are 6 pin and 8 pin connectors for PCI express graphics cards, and the 9500 GT does not need power connectors at all, it takes all needed power from the PCI express slot.
