GTX670 and 2560x1600 gaming

Well after months of delays it looks like I'm about to pull the trigger on a new build. The question I have is..will a single gtx 670 be enough to run BF3 in max settings on a 30" monitor (2560x1600)

This of course will be ran with an i5 3570K (OC'd) and 8 gigs ram.

Will it be enough or will I have to SLI to get smooth gaming/high FPS? Or do I just go with a gtx 680?
