Remote Desktop Laptop and PC

Hello All,

Please see my below scenario and suggest how I can do the remote desktop. I really appreciate your help on this.

I have Wireless Router, Laptop and Desktop PC.

My requirement is I need to do Remote Desktop from my Laptop to Desktop PC.

I'm connecting to the internet using my Wireless Router

Desktop PC is connected to internet through LAN cable from the Wireless Router.

Now, how I can do the remote desktop( they both are on the same home network)
