I7-3930k Temperature check

Hi guys, my i7-3930k @4.0Ghz running Prime, averages 65.5 C... I'm using a Havik 140, are these good/standard/need work?
I'm using the cruddy stock thermal paste, I'll be getting some MX-4 or something soon.
Ambient in my basement where the rig is is slightly under 20C.
EDIT: I swear these temps are too high....

They aren't, max rated temperatures on sandybridge processors are 95C.
