Website blocked due to expired certificate

Hello,
My certificate for most of the websistes I frequent have been blocked.What to do .
can you help. I tried restoring my computer
but it did not work .I used System resotore.

Operating system date and time must be reset.

Or go tostart settings control panel internet options security and add the site to trusted sites.
