Hi Friends,

I have a Nautilus 500 water cooling, colling down the CPU and northbridge. I recently bought a XFX 4890 and want to use my existing Nautilus to cool down the GPU. But the waterblock I already own only covers the GPU itself. It does not cover the RAM nor the VRM chips.

The question is:
Do you think it is enought if I buy some passive heatsinks to cool down the RAM and VRM chips? Like one of these: http://www.waz.com.br/_produtos/?p=90493

I know it would be better ir I buy a complete VGA block that covers the holy stuff, but it is too expensive.

What do you guys think?

heatsinks would be fine on the VRM and Mem chips. Just make sure you have plenty of air flowing over the card as the fan will no longer be there.

Also, be prepared for the community to help with your water cooling situation. Im not a water cooling type of guy, but several people on here are, and they will kindly help.
