Dell 8400 multimedia audio controller driver

Hi
In device manager I have a yellow question mark on the multimedia audio controller. It says no driver installed. The sound from my speakers is one of intermittent stuttering (voice and music). I have creative SB audigy 2 ZS installed. How do I get the proper driver. I have a Dell Dimension 8400 XP computer
