Help choosing a computer case

Hi there,

I'm looking for a computer case that fits the following criteria:

-as small as possible for a standard size motherboard

-as cheap as possible

-will allow me to leave it on all the time, with fans that ONLY come on when the computer actually gets hot. Basically, I want it to be quiet, but by quiet I mean I would prefer not for the fans to come on at all unless I am actually using it for something intensive - which will not be very often as I am using it primarily just to download and play movies.

There are smaller cases but I like the Antec 300. Plenty of spaces to install 120mm fans and a good bit of room. Sleek and not expensive:
