My laptops multipliers and voltages can be changed. Can I overclock?

I have a Toshiba Satellite X205-S9359. It has a Intel Core 2 Duo T7300, 4GB DDR2 RAM, 8700M GT (overclocked around 400MHZ each clock; shader, memory, core), and a 160 GB HDD. I have changed the multipliers and voltages multiple times to test if it works, and nothing has happened. The next step is to overclock by around 3-400 MHZ. I have a cooler and I am fully prepared for the extra heat. What do I do?

if it's locked down, it's not going to work, setFSB MIGHT work, but only if your laptop is supported (do some googling)
