Your temperatures as you know are way too high under load. I have a very similar setup running at 4200 ghz. I am using a CORSAIR CWCH60 Hydro Series H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler, and the temperatures run 50 to 55 . You can push it up to 60 but only when I run "burn in test". I installed a more powerful fan, which kept it cool under all conditions, but it sounded like a jet at takeoff. Went back to the original fan.
I did, even though it was muddled. I had tried air cooling my Phenom, and it wouldn't do the job. Actually 70 is quite hot for this processor ! There is verly likely other ways to get the cooling - I was telling you I found the best solution and perhaps it would be helpful.
