Uninstallation 2nd windows xp home edition

Hello,
i installed twice xp home edition with original CD. I have to select ist one or second one when start booting. in the first %windir% folders are in E drive while in the 2nd it is in C drive. How can i uninstall or delete one of these. Please answer any one who can help

Start... control panel... system... advanced start up and recovery, adjust as needed
