Comp Locks up

Hey

I just baught some new parts and everything was working fine. it started to lock up when streaming flash videos. i also noticed that when i have the ram set to 1066 it runs fine, however if i go past that to 1333 or 1600 it locks up in 5 mins. my ram is ddr 3 1600 ram, so i dont know why i cant run it at that. i am wondering if i have bad ram or my motherbaord has been damaged, i have no idea what is going on. please help

hard to give any advice w/o knowing all your components. MoBo ?....CPU ?....GFX cards ?.....PSU ?....Case? CPU temps ?

My full system set up is as fallows

Amd Athlon Phenom 2 X4 955 3.2 Deneb

Msi 790FX GD70 Mothoerboard

Twin Sticks of Corsair DDR 3 1600 (7.7.7.20) 2 sticks @ 2 gigs each

Nvidia 9600gt Alpha dog Edition

650 watt Power Supply

I also hdo not have anything changed in the bios it is all default.

I ran Prime 95 last night for about 5 hours and it seems like everything is fine, but that was also run with the mem setting at auto which sets it at 1066. When i Ordered these parts from new egg.ca, when delivered they sat out sideonn my set, from about 9 am - 330 pm in -20 Degree weather, i took them inside and waited till they warmed up to room temp before i hooked them up, please help
