Never went back to 1.6ghz @idle HELP!!!!

Hello!

I'm having trouble with my i7-2600k

I'm having troubles between my Frequency and Loads

I never saw 1.6ghz when idling at my Core Temp

I used HWMonitor and my voltages are pretty random

I'm not doing anything just idling i see my voltages jumping around .85v ~ .95V ~ 1.03V ~ 1.10V

I don't know whats running or what BUT this is pissing me off.

HELP!

I OC'd my system to 4.5ghz and because i'm having this DAMN trouble i went to stock clocks... what to do...

I'm running 4.5ghz 1.31V!

I'm on offset

I usually get 1.6ghz while idle but right now i'm not even reaching 1.6ghz anymore i dunno what happen... it just keeps on loading something the loads are keep on going to 1 ~ 10%+ in the Core Temp and the frequency to 3.8ghz (I switched back to default clocks)

I opened CPU-Z i usually get 1.6ghz in CPU-Z but i'm receiving high volts for an idle state @1.000+ random then jump up randomly as well up to 3.6~3.8ghz up to 1.20v+ and then lowers to 0.80V then goes up again DAMMIT how do i fix this?]

My idle loads are between 3~11 i don't know why and i'm not doing anything

And the frequency is at 3.6~3.8ghz(CoreTemp) 1.6ghz~3.8ghz randomly jumps up(CPU-Z)

I have ASUS P8Z68-V-PRO MOBO

Is that a manual Vcore of 1.31V? Also, you have Speedstep and all C-states disabled?

I keep feeling worried about not having speedstep on (I have 4.5GHz on 1.315V manual).

My settings on my OVERCLOCK was

100 x 45 =4.5ghz @1.29v I'm on offset mode.

It was stable until i get this problem.

I never went to 1.6ghz stable at idle state WTF is WRONG HELP !! :C

Does resetting my CMOS will revive my stable 1.6ghz? because right now even if i'm just surfing i'm receiving bit of load i don't stay too long on 1.6ghz it just come back and forth

close you system unplug the power cable from wall outlet remove the battery on the board for a couple of minutes then replace the battery put back the power and restart
