Can this 670 oc to 680 stock?

This has great coolers can i OC this to 680 stock with out over hot? Thanks

It should, But like muff said, every chip is different. I've got my gigabyte gtx 670 at 1300mhz core and 7008m mem stable and it scores slightly better than a 680 on the heaven benchmark. Never breaks 60C as well. Great card.
