Voice conferecing

I am looking for suggestions for a type of phone conferencing. The big issue I have is I need one person in control or a main that is not muted and all others that cal in are muted or can be. This system can also be password protected and can be in any form online service or anything I can’t come up with what I need and I was hoping someone here may have an idea. THANKS

I know you can do that with Ventrilo, but it's very informal.

You could try skype. I know only the person who makes the first call can invite to the conference. But I'm unsure if the person in control can mute all others.

I tried skype but yes your right you cant mute, and ventrilo is out I may have forgotten to say that it has to support phone numbers.

I go on with what scaye says. But i had experienced a video conferencing before. That is a Cloud Computing Virtual Conference 2010,Which is the global cloud computing event, covering latest trends and innovations in the world of cloud computing.
