Sigmatel or intex (yamaha)

i'm having core2duo machine with intel 945gcl board

for past 1 year i used onboard sound card (sigatel & update drivers) with SRS audio sandbox

now i got one sound card from my friend intex (4-ch Yamaha(IT-588))
I'm using only headphones for listening music, but i can't recognize difference with audio audio quality with 2 cards..


any have idea about these cards & which one sound good..

That cheap sound card might even sound worse then onboard it is junk.
