Hey, I was planning to build a new gaming rig, I was just wondering what kind of PSU I would need for a 5970 as my main card, and the GTX 260 as my PhysX card. I have a 750W PC Power & Cooling, but I'm not a 100% sure if it would be enough.

Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.

Do you have the link of your PSU?, usually with a 750W is enough, but isn't the same a 750W plus certified, that a 750W Plus bronze certified.

Hey, thanks for the welcome! :D

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... that would be it, though I got it brand new less than a year ago. I don't really know much about PSUs so when I built my last rig, which had CF 4850s I got that.

^That's a good manufacturer, but the "recertified don't like me.

Take a look of this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... is $20 more, but is a veru good PSU.

Oooh. Cool. It's actually cheaper due to the mail in rebate & free shipping, awesome! I might grab this when I have extra cash, though I take it my current PSU is enough? I'm not going to keep it forever as my old rig will need a PSU, but until I can get one, it should work fine?

Thanks! :D

Yeah, your current PSU is enough while you buy a new one.
