I've been working on my old pc for a few minutes now. I'm trying to remove the current heatsink and fan, I know its a different brand name but I can't tell what it is you can't see the name anymore. It's almost exactly like the stock fan from intel.

Anyways my question is, the stock cooler i got in the 3570k box will it work on a 775 board?

most times you can unscrew the fan from the heat sink..if you can you can use the new fan on the old heat sink base.
