Ssd raid0 or trim?

Hey guys. Im looking at getting two corsair force 60 gig hard drives and running them in raid0. just wondering what's more worth it. getting the 120 gig model and using trim and getting 500mb read writes with trim. or running two 60 gig models in raid 0 and getting 1000 mb read writes and getting performance drops . ill just reformat a couple times.a year. any info would be great. anyone have similar setups or notice performance drops. anything helps. Thx

What are you going to install on the ssd? Windows 7 plus what else? Software applications? Games? How much capacity will you need?

Its just a windows 7 boot drive. drivers. Monitoring programs. some applications. i have separate games and application hd. this is just used for fast boots for overlooking and random use.
