Removing error code 39

please help my laptop ,i have problem Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

See what item is causing the problem. start, control panel, system, hardware, device manager, note any devices with a red or yellow exclamation point. right click uninstall and reboot., If it still has a problem go to the manufacturer website for the computer, download the driver for it and update the driver.
