I had a stable OC at ~4.35GHz with the core temps ranging from 68-74C under Prime95 stress testing. I bumped the OC up to 4450, and while unstable the temps were MUCH cooler at a higher voltage... and when I got it stable it was at the exact same temperature range despite a higher OC and voltage.

Any clue what is going on? I sure don't.

Someone figured out it was voltage drop, and load-line calibration set on full fixed errors I hadn't been aware it was having.
