What do you mean, "can no longer use"? Is it not booting up? You should just be able to uninstall some programs and reinstall them on the other drives if needed.

How big is your "C" drive?

Have you cleaned up all you could?
Run disk cleanup and empty the recycle bin?

Can some games or apps be uninstalled and reinstalled on the D/E drives?

If D/E are larger, could you swap XP to one of them?

Perhaps it is time to buy a SSD. The performance boost to your pc will delight you.
