Unable to update drivers in windows xp device manager

Hello,
my administrator profile/user account, which is also my primary and only one, does not have the ability to update drivers.

I know somebody can help me get this done. All I want is to update my 2006 nvidia display driver!!! and Crank it Up!

go to nvidia support website , choose your video card model and download the latest driver.
