press either the Delete key or press F2 on turning the machine on.

Accessing the BIOS is differs depending on motherboard manufacturer and BIOS vendor. I've seen it be F1, F2, Del etc. Try some of these. Usually there is a message on screen prompting you which key to use but it's obviously been disabled.
