Can this card be used with train simulators and the new World of Subways programmes and can these games be used in the Windows 7 series ?

It's a IGP & will get you 10 FPS at 800x600 low settings on most modern games.

its more of a 3D decelerator - for gaming, you need a gaming card etc

And Yet It Moves looks like what Flash can do. I'm pretty sure the GMA X4500 can run it.

X4500 is an onbord Chipset on motherboards,It is not a gfx card,It will support all latest games as it has shader model 4.0 ,But it is not possible to play all games at very high or very low without lags,Just buya new gfxx card if u play games!
