i need driver for PnP sound chip ALS100 plus for windows XP.. help me pls..

If it is PnP (Plug and Play) it should not need a driver

Seriously, you need to buy a new soundcard - I had an ALS100 board back in 1994, if i remember it was an 8bit ISA card, and it was a pile of *** back then. The diiference between that card and the SB AWE64 i upgraded to was absolutely immense.

My advice, buy the cheapest PCI soundcard you can possibly find and it will still be significantly better than the antique you've got.
