hey guys
i am wanting to build a gaming rig and was wondering if these components would run good together for games like gta 4, prototype, fall out 3, dragon age and many others

Video Card
XFX Radeon HD5770 HDMI DisplayPort Dual-DVI 1GB

CPU
Intel Pentium Dual-Core E6300 2.8GHz Socket 775 Box

Motherboard
Gigabyte GA-EP43-UD3L

DVD Burner
not sure on dvd burner yet

Hard Drive
Samsung EcoGreen F3 HD105SI 32MB 1TB

PSU
Corsair CMPSU-650TX 650W
or
Corsair CMPSU-750TX 750W

Case
Antec Three Hundred CM 690

i was also reading some forums about the 5770 being bottle necked matched with a cpu like the E6300. but they also said that it could be overclocked to about 3.5ghz with a good aftermarket CPU cooler and it should not bottleneck
it this right should i overclock it or would i be better to save more money and get something like a core 2 quad

will this rig also be any good of the future game with dx11

i am also going to be running it with a 22 inch monitor

Core2/socket 775 is now a dead standard. All of intels new CPUs will be socket 1156 or 1366. At that price range you should be looking at a socket AM3 motherboard and an AMD Athlon II x3 or x4 CPU. GTA4 likes more cores so if its a main game then the less expensive AMD 3 or 4 core CPUs are the way to go.

Look at the builds by usage sticky to get an idea of whats in your price range.
