Would you change anything with this set up?

That is a very expensive set of parts and isnt a very good selection, here is what i would recommend instead

Large quiet case
HAF 932 $140

Since you wont be doing extreme OCing that board is overkill
ASUS P6T V2 Deluxe $270

Stick with the 920 as there is no better choice at a reasonable price

The dominators are overpriced, i would suggest the gskills ripjaws instead
Ripjaws 1600MHz CL8 $160

If you are going to pay that much for a card, might as well pay a bit more and get the best card available today
XFX 5870 $428

The 1KW PSU is overkill unless you plan to run 3 GPUs, a high efficiency PSU will save you money and pump out less heat, a 750W will let you run a second card in the future
Seasonic X750 80+ Gold Certified Modular PSU $190

Do you do anything that requires high quality sound? if not i would drop the sound card for now, you can get it later if you decide you need it but you probably wont.

The F3 is significantly faster than the F1 and significantly cheaper than the RAID ones
Samsung F3 1TB $85
