I found ATI radeon HD 5770 at a very low price, no more than 150€, http://www.eprice.it/Schede-Video/ [...] 9-1999894/ , but why so cheap?? and it really better than 4890(175€)?? and what about gtx275?? please help me to solve this mistake.

The HD 5770 is about the same as the 4870 and GTX 260 when it comes to raw processing power. But compared to them it offers DirectX 11 support, low power consumption, low operating temperatures, & quiet operation.

The reason of it being cheaper than HD 4890 is that AMD wants to sell HD 5xxx series more so its a marketing reason.
In terms of performance GTX 275 > HD 4890 > HD 5770 but HD 5770 has newer techs like DX11,eyefinity etc.

Because it is less than 1/2 the cost of the 4890 to make and probably closer to 1/3rd the cost of the 275 to make (per chip).

If the HD5770 is cheaper get that. If the same price get the HD4890 it is close to 20% more powerful but does not have DX11 support like the HD5770 which matters for Win Vista and 7

Windows Vista SP2 with the Platform Update has DirectX 11. So it's important for both Vista and 7.
