Speaker Problem. need help????

My speaker is Creative 4.1ch. But only 2 speaker's are running out of 4 speaker's. i can't configure my system in win 7 (64bit). need help.....

Did you install the Audion driver that came with your MB? There is usually an App included that detects when you plugin an audio jack that will help you configure your speaker setup.
If you don't have it anymore download the driver from the MB manufacturer website.

my mobo is ASUS P8Z68 V PRO & i installed the driver properly. but i still faced problem.....
