I was going to go with the XSPC Rasa 750 RS240 kit but with the Asus Maximus V Formula out I wanted to do something different. I want to add the mobo into my loop which has a fitting of 3/8''.

Here's my new WC build:

Using distilled water with kill coil.

the total is about $285

Is this good performance wise and compatibility wise?

This is what I'm planning on doing by the way:

Res-->pump-->Cpu-->dual 120 rad-->Fusion thermal-->120 single rad-->res

Solution
If your budget is really ~$285, consider the Raystorm kit with the DDC or D5 pump upgrade.

Don't forget the fittings and tubing; I think XSPC kits come with 7/16" fittings and tubing...this won't work with your 3/8" barbs for your MB block. Going with barbs would be the cheapest method.

Fusion Thermal is the thing that cools the VRM on the mobo. Will this prove better than the XSPC Rasa 750 RS240? I mean am I just paying like 200$ more not much gain (basically just paying 200$ more for a rad)?

Why not just buy the Rasa/Raystorm kit and buy an extra rad to add? If you want different tubing size, just buy those fittings and tubing as well.

Is this what you are saying?

Edit: I wouldn't even worry about an extra rad...but it's your call. I think you are doing this the hard way.
